directed audio 1100d vs 1500d

First, are these amps good for a 700WRMS sub? It's an eD 160V.2 DVC 4ohm. I think they should be fine if not great, but I just wanna double check.
Second, I'm looking at the 1100d and 1500d amps and I can't really tell what the difference is between them. All the specs look the same:

Third, is buying refurb a good/bad idea? I've never bought refurb before so I don't really know the benefits vs. risks.

I saw on resellerrating that ikesound had a pretty shitty rating, how was your experience with them? Their ebay store did a lot better though and there was only 1 rating in the past 6 months on resellerrating.
What kind've sub(s) do you have hooked up to the amp and for how long?

It didnt take long for them to send my amp out and it arrived in good packaging with a little bag of supplies for the amp. (allen wrench, ring/spade terminals, screws for mounting) The two subs i have hooked up are Eclipse 88100DVC. Ive had the amp and subs hooked up for about a month now and no problems yet.
