I got mine done when the mechanic was fixing the heads. He called me before he started because he thought they might be wrong due to the large hole. They are sweet as now.

I bought mine off eBay. There are hundreds of ppl selling them. As for fitment can't help you as my mechanic did it for me.

Well I dont have cam gear locks so didnt want to mess with timming belt... done it twice as it is....

Well their is a few ways to do it basically you crank the motor over to when the cam shaft lobe is pointing up.. then get a flat head screw driver and you pry the rocker arm off. you can do it in the car just allow another hour or 2.

It takes maybe 5mins to do 2 of them after you done a few of them..

I let them soak in oil and you can see the bubbles as the oil fills them, also some people use diesel fuel.

cost well I paid just under $140 Delivered to my door. mine are johnson lifters with the much loved 3mm hole :D
